“We ordered the brisket to serve at my son’s birthday dinner and I must say it was A+!! We lived in Texas for 5 years and frequented the best BBQ places in the state, so we have high standards for brisket and this did not disappoint! The only problem is now we want to find all of the Wells Station pop up locations so we can try your other food items! Thank you for helping make this probably our best meal of the holiday season! Best barbecue I’ve ever eaten. The pulled pork, brisket, & burnt bacon ends are incredible. Haven’t tried the ribs yet but know they will be too.

Sauces are amazing too! The only local Carolina Mustard my husband (from South Carolina) will eat (we’ve tried them all). In truth- we save the sauces to eat on subpar barbecue because Marcus’s doesn’t need sauce.
